Chicago Interior Design Schools

Attending a Chicago interior design school places students not only in one of the most prominent cities in the US for arts and culture, but exposes them to a diverse design landscape. Design degree graduates can also pursue careers in Chicago.

The average salary earned by interior designers was around $40,000 in 2004, as reported by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. Many typical job requirements include a state-issued interior design license in addition to a 2- or 4-year degree (most designers hold at least a bachelor's degree).
